Inspect · Improve · Measure · Validate

Execute the Technical Work Behind GEO

  1. Inspect Crawlability and Content Access

Check robots directives, indexing controls, canonical URLs and internal links. Compare initial HTML with rendered content, and distinguish search access from other crawler purposes.

  2. Map Buyer Questions to Relevant Information

Choose a realistic customer question. Map the entities, attributes and relationships needed to answer it, including product capabilities, prerequisites, limitations and supporting documentation.

  3. Improve Evidence-Rich Content

Revise a passage using clear answers, verified facts and relevant sources. Review meaningful headings, semantic HTML and appropriate structured data that match the visible content.

  4. Publish and Validate the Implementation

Follow the WordPress demonstration. Inspect the published output and page controls. Distinguish a publication check, an indexing request and a confirmed indexing observation.

  5. Evaluate AI Mentions and Linked Citations

Run relevant buyer questions in available AI-search experiences. Separate a brand mention from a website citation, identify third-party sources and inspect the linked evidence.

  6. Measure AI Visibility and Plan Experiments

Capture a baseline, repeat selected checks and define one improvement hypothesis. Compare observations using consistent test conditions, then plan follow-up checks after publication.

  7. Validate AI Response and Representation Accuracy

Compare claims about a business with verified product or service information. Flag incorrect features, outdated prices, missing conditions and citations that do not support the associated claim.

Understand the system behind the answer

Connect Website Implementation With AI Search

Trace a working model of search-enabled AI responses. Examine how related searches, content retrieval and grounding connect a buyer’s question with information available on the web.

A conceptual workflow—not a claim that every platform uses an identical architecture.
  1. Discovery and access
  2. Content processing
  3. Query interpretation and retrieval
  4. Grounding and answer generation
  5. Source presentation

Discuss query fan-out using buyer questions and related information needs. Identify where your website can provide useful evidence, rather than creating pages for every possible wording.

AI Visibility Measurement & Experimentation

What Does an AI Visibility Specialist Actually Check?

Move from isolated screenshots to documented observations. Record what appeared, whether it was accurate and what the evidence supports before deciding what to change.

The checks you will practise
CheckWhat you record
Brand mentionsWhether the response names the business and in what context.
Website and third-party citationsWhich URLs are linked and whether the source belongs to the business or another publisher.
Citation supportWhether the cited page supports the response’s associated claim.
Representation accuracyCorrect, incorrect or unverifiable product and service details.
Repeated observationsChanges across documented tests using the same question set and comparable conditions.
Reporting and business outcomesAvailable first-party visibility data and identifiable referral visits or conversions, kept separate from citation counts.

Review available Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools reporting alongside manual checks. Account data availability varies. A before-and-after difference alone does not establish what caused it.

WordPress execution · SaaS application

Apply the Checks to Pages That Support Buyer Decisions

Use Endtrace’s WordPress website for live implementation. Compare SaaS product pages, integration documentation and comparison content to examine how capabilities, requirements and limitations are explained.

  • Developers and designers: inspect content access, rendered output and meaningful page structure.
  • SEO and marketing professionals: map buyer questions, improve supporting content and document AI-search observations.
  • Owners and technology leaders: identify inaccurate product descriptions and prioritize work your team can execute.

Inspect the work behind the explanation

Follow the Change and Check the Evidence

Follow an Endtrace page through a specific improvement and validation. Inspect AI responses separately to establish what was mentioned, which sources were linked and whether the claims were supported.

  1. Starting conditionThe page, buyer question and issue being investigated.
  2. ImplementationThe specific content or technical change and its purpose.
  3. Published validationThe output and page controls checked after the change.
  4. Response validationThe recorded question, cited URL and accuracy finding.

Publishing and indexing do not guarantee an AI citation. Same-day checks demonstrate the method; follow-up observations assess subsequent visibility.

Plan your participation

Before You Join

Will we work on a live website?

Yes. Endtrace’s WordPress website provides the implementation example. SaaS comparisons cover product information and documentation. Practise on your own page or follow the shared example.

How will I measure AI visibility?

Use a defined question set to record brand mentions, cited URLs and test conditions. Compare repeated observations and review available first-party reporting, keeping visibility separate from website visits and conversions.

Can I check AI product descriptions for accuracy?

Yes. Compare claims with verified product information, inspect supporting citations and record incorrect or outdated details. Prepare corrective content actions and follow-up checks.

How does this apply to SaaS websites?

Apply the checks to product pages, integration documentation and comparisons. Examine whether capabilities, prerequisites and limitations are clearly supported by the source information.

Do I need coding experience?

Be comfortable working with websites. Code-related checks will be explained during demonstrations. Participants who do not edit code can prepare implementation instructions for their developer.

Which AI platforms are covered?

Discuss ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot. Selected live tests depend on available features; four hours does not include exhaustive testing of every platform.

Will publication guarantee an AI citation?

Platforms select their sources. The workshop provides implementation practice and a repeatable measurement method; it does not guarantee indexing, rankings or citations within a specific period.

What time is the workshop?

21–22 October 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST daily, using UTC−5. This is 11:00 AM–1:00 PM in New York. The agenda includes local times and next-day dates where applicable.

What should I bring?

Bring a laptop, an internet connection, one website URL and a buyer question. Editing access is only needed to publish changes on your own site. You can complete the exercises using the shared example.

What does the $30 price include?

The complete four-hour live workshop, guided exercises, customized GEO prompts and the listed worksheets and templates. Enrollment continues through WhatsApp, with booking confirmation after payment verification.
